Frequently Asked Questions
Before We Build,
We Clarify
Honest answers about how we work, what we build, how long it takes, and what to expect from a project with Vayrix Labs.
General
We specialize in complex business systems built on CodeIgniter 4: classified ad platforms, MLM engines, Capital Management Systems, Telegram Web Apps, SaaS platforms, eCommerce systems, and custom business automation. Our focus is on revenue-critical platforms where architecture, monetization logic, security, and operational reliability directly impact business performance.
We build custom. Every system we deliver is written specifically for your business requirements — not a reskinned template or a repurposed script. Clean, maintainable, documented code that your team can extend independently.
Our primary stack is PHP with CodeIgniter 4 as the backend framework, MySQL/MariaDB for database, Bootstrap 5 for frontend, and Twig for templating. For Telegram WebApps we use Node.js and for interactive UIs, Vue.js. Crypto integrations use Paykassa, CoinPayments, and NowPayments APIs.
Yes. We work with clients globally. Communication happens via Telegram and email, and we align on a communication schedule during project kickoff to accommodate timezone differences. Most project updates are async with dedicated sync calls at key milestones.
Project Process
Reach out via Telegram or email with your project requirements. We'll schedule a discovery call to understand your business model, technical requirements, and budget. After the call, we deliver a written scope document with architecture proposal, timeline, and fixed pricing.
A clear description of your business model, how users will generate revenue on your platform, any reference systems or competitors you want to model, and your preferred timeline. The more context you provide about how the business is supposed to make money, the better the architecture we design.
For larger projects, yes. We provide a basic wireframe and database schema as part of the planning phase before any development begins. This ensures you understand exactly what will be built before a single line of production code is written.
Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are handled without additional cost. Significant feature additions or scope changes are priced separately and added to the project timeline with your approval before work begins. We never surprise you with hidden costs.
Technical Questions
Security is baked in — not added after. Every system includes: CSRF protection, XSS filtering, SQL injection prevention via CI4's query builder, rate limiting on auth endpoints, timing-safe token comparisons, HMAC-SHA256 signature verification, bcrypt password hashing, and encrypted sensitive data storage.
We have production experience with: Paykassa, CoinPayments, NowPayments, and BitGo. We can also integrate custom crypto payment flows for specific coins. All integrations include proper IPN/webhook processing, automated deposit confirmation, and transaction dispute handling.
Yes. We follow strict service-layer architecture: thin controllers that only handle HTTP concerns, dedicated service classes for all business logic, model/entity separation, repository pattern for data access, and proper dependency injection. This ensures the codebase remains maintainable as it scales.
Standard VPS or shared hosting with PHP 8.1+, MySQL 5.7+/MariaDB 10.3+, and Apache/Nginx. We provide deployment documentation covering server configuration, environment variables, cron job setup, and SSL configuration. For high-traffic systems, we recommend VPS with at least 2GB RAM.
Pricing & Delivery
Commercial structure depends on project scope. Most projects begin with an initial engagement milestone followed by delivery-based milestones aligned to architecture, development, and deployment phases.
Delivery timelines depend on system complexity, integrations, and deployment scope. Smaller systems move faster, while larger platforms involving financial workflows, subscriptions, or multi-role architecture require deeper planning and longer execution windows.
Every delivery includes 30 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes, deployment assistance, and technical questions. Extended maintenance contracts are available for ongoing support, feature additions, and system monitoring.
Yes. For serious businesses that need ongoing development, we offer monthly retainer arrangements covering a fixed number of development hours, priority response times, and proactive system maintenance. Retainers are by application — we work with a limited number of retainer clients to ensure quality.
